This training will help you deepen your mind-body-spirit connection, your kundalini yoga practice and it will prepare you to teach kundalini yoga to your future students, if that is your goal. There is also a 28 day immersion course offered in July if that is of interest.

About the Event
Certification Requirements
The following must be completed to receive your 200hr YTT certificate through Ready2Grow Yoga (be sure to click on "See More" for the training dates and certification details below):
1. Students must attend and participate in all in-person training sessions (8 modules of 25 hrs each) led by the Lead Trainer, Sarah Ceselski (aka Japa Nihal Kaur). See the details on the Ready2Grow Yoga website or contact Sarah for training dates and other questions.
Note that participants cannot redeem loyalty points for this training because the pricing this first year does not meet costs.

Not as taught by Yogi Bhajan (not Kundalini Research Institute); You can pay here if you are paying in full early bird price of $2750 for the 28 day immersion or the 9 month weekend course (April - Oct 2024) or after Feb 28, 2024 full regular price payment of $3250.
