Trauma-informed Kundalini Rebirthing Series with Group Coaching

Each session starts with some group discussion and/or journaling. Then the group practices a trauma-informed kundalini rebirthing kriya. The exercise sets are intentionally challenging during rebirthing release work so please practice kundalini regularly in May to prepare for this event series.  YOu can miss a session if you need/want to.  After each kriya, Sally works with clients in group coaching, with topics related to what came up during the rebirthing experience.
